We produce ice cream according to the traditional method. We use selected ingredients without synthetical colorants, preservatives & flavour enhancer.
The intensive taste of our ice cream comes from the first-class products like the bio milk from the Emmental (Switzerland), the pistachio from Sicily, the vanilla from Madagascar & the hazelnuts from the piedmont (Italy).

Our gelateria Eiswerkstatt belongs to the family of the Altes Tramdepot Brauerei Restaurant AG alongside the Brewery Altes Tramdepot, the Klösterli Weincafe and the One Suite Hotel ZOLLHAUS.

The home-brewed "Tram beers," the diverse menu, the casual atmosphere and courteous staff create an unique setting for business or private functions. The restaurant's proximity to the BearPark, its fantastic view of the Old Town and the Aare, and its convenient location make the Altes Tramdepot a favorite gathering place for socializing.
The Klösterli Weincafe celebrates wine culture in a stylish ambience. The impressive four-metre high wine rack contains a carefully selected wine selection with around 120 positions. A small but fine selection of dishes is served with it.
The Hotel ZOLLHAUS offers on about 70m2 an incomparable accommodation possibility on two floors. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with a double/twin bed, a sitting area and the main bathroom with a free-standing shower. On the ground floor a functional sofa bed invites you to linger while you enjoy the unique scenery of the Bernese Old Town - UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Aare.
